Does this sound like you?

You’re still not pregnant, and you can’t stop scrolling, googling, and searching for THE answer to your problem. You’re good (maybe the best?!) at finding solutions to other problems (in your personal or professional life), you’re a high achiever, and multi-passionate; you can make anything happen! But getting pregnant is the ONE thing that you can’t seem to make work, and it’s driving you crazy (and making you feel like a loser. “What’s wrong with me?” is a recurring thought that consumes you.

You’re doing all the things you’ve been told to do, or that you think you should be doing in order to get pregnant. You’re checking all the boxes like the good girl and task oriented person you are - but instead of it leading you to the result you are striving for, it’s making you exhausted. It’s also making you doubt and question yourself: “maybe this whole Mom thing just isn’t meant for me”.

You’re scared, and the fear is starting to take its toll. You notice that you’re more moody, more irritable, and more dark and intrusive thoughts are coming in. It’s hard to talk about it with your friends and family because they just don’t get it! And so you feel even more sad, alone, and isolated.

You see babies and pregnant people everywhere! And pregnancy announcements (especially from friends and family) trigger you deeply. Of course you want to be happy for them, but you can’t fake it, and so you feel ashamed of yourself and your feelings.

You're tired. Like really really tired. One part of you just wants to throw in the towel, to give up, to stop trying. But then another part of you doesn’t want to let go of her dream. And so you keep on keeping on, because you feel like time is running out, and there’s no time to pause or take a break, even though on the inside, that’s really what you know you want and need.

But what you really want is:

  • To go to sleep with peace of mind and confidence, knowing that you are on the RIGHT path to pregnancy
  • To feel like yourself again, the fun, vibrant, and carefree version of yourself that you remember from before you starting your ttc journey 
  • To plan your next vacation, without hesitation or guilt. To get that tattoo, without second guessing yourself, or worrying about how it will impact your journey 
  • To enjoy food and eating, without feeling the need to read ingredient labels, or without having to worry about if it will create inflammation in your body
  • To not get so triggered by pregnancy announcements
  • To be able to time travel into the future, so you can know with certainty if you WILL have that baby that you hope for and dream of. 
  • To be able to stop researching, and trust that it will happen.  

After 6 years of holistic fertility coaching women in 3 continents, leading support groups, and teaching fertility yoga and meditation - I have seen a lot of hardships - but I have also witnessed a lot of miracles. And because I am a scientist at heart (my academic background is in neuroscience), and I love a good investigation, I have studied those “miracle” cases extensively. And what I’ve found is that these miracles are not in fact “miracles” at all…. The women who have gotten pregnant against all odds, even when doctors told them they never would, those that have gotten pregnant naturally after failed IVF attempts, even in their mid 40’s - have one MAJOR thing common:

They ditched the beliefs that were leading them to doubt their ability to conceive, and they adopted a MIND-BODY approach to getting pregnant
