Your fertility is a product of your your mental, emotional, and energetic wellbeing.

Hi, I’m Lauren Enright

Former neuroscientist and school teacher turned holistic fertility coach, mindfulness, meditation and fertility yoga teacher, and over the last 5 years I have helped hundreds of women on their fertility journey reconnect with their body, process difficult emotions, and regain trust that they will get and stray pregnant, and become the Mother they so desperately want to be.

I do this through a combination of belief reprogramming, breath work for nervous system and emotional regulation, and embodied movement and guided meditation.

With my traditional academic background in the sciences and human behavior and decade of study and practice of mindfulness, yoga, meditation, I love to blend together Western and Eastern medicine, or science AND spirituality.

I also love to help coach my clients re-establish balance between their strength and their softness, their masculine and their feminine.

Unfortunately, you may feel like you don’t have very much control on your fertility journey, but I want to help you focus on what you can control: the beliefs you choose, how you breathe, and how often you move.
