I’ve been very angry at my body the last year and a half after getting diagnosed with PCOS and losing my tube to an ectopic pregnancy, but this yoga program has helped me a lot. I always thought I didn’t have the patience or the focus for yoga but it’s helped me so much. I’ve been more positive and my relationship with my body is improving. I’ve also found such a sense of calm with yoga - I can’t believe I didn’t do yoga before! It’s helped me have a better relationship with my body and just be less anxious and less stressed.
