 21 days of meditation to:

7 different meditations in each week (15 min each)

week 1 (day 1-7) : 
develop awareness of your natural way of breathing.

week 2 (day 8-14): 
develop awareness of the physical sensations in your heart and womb.

week 3 (day 9-21):
learn what your emotions FEEL inside your body.

Remember that 80% is perfection and some meditation is better than none! So if you miss a day, just skip that one and keep going with the next meditation.

Thank you for the lovely practice Lauren. I’m working with the emotion of fear and I’m feeling it especially in my solar plexus and heart. It was a bit hard to soften that part as I felt like it was dangerous to release it, but the somatic exercise still really helped with the overall tightness.
