Weekly themes (each meditation is about 15 min long)
Week 1 (days 1-7) :
Develop awareness of your natural way of breathing.
Week 2 (days 8-14):
Develop awareness of the physical sensations in your heart and womb.
Week 3 (days 9-21):
Learn what your emotions FEEL inside your body.
** Remember that 80% is perfection and some meditation is better than none! So if you miss a day, no problem! Just pick up where you left off. Although it is recommended to complete the challenge within a month's time.
