By the end of this 20-hour training (14 contact hours and 6 hours of independent study) you will:
- have the confidence to safely teach pregnant students, friends and loved ones
- know how to offer modifications to pregnant students in your regular yoga class
- understand how movement, breath work, and meditation can be used to help pregnant people have a more comfortable pregnancy
- have the tools and confidence to lead your very own 6-week prenatal yoga series
- be more comfortable holding space for pregnant people even if you haven't experienced pregnancy before
