Mom and Baby Yoga and Mindfulness

Spring 8 week series 

 

Series schedule: 

Class is every Tuesday from 10:30-11:45pm EDT 

The series runs from April 16th - June 4th (with June 11 as a makeup class in the case of a cancellation due to a birth) 

 

When in your postpartum can you join? 

You get to be the expert to make your own informed decision! 

If you've had a c-section I wouldn't recommend starting until at least 4 weeks after birth. 

But if you've had a vaginal birth and are feeling good you can start as early as 2 weeks postpartum!

What to Expect:

Each class will start with a 30ish min discussion circle (all topics related to postpartum and mom life!) and the yoga practice will follow. 

Please feel free to join (or leave!) the class at any time. Depending on your and your baby's schedule - you may want to join for one part of the class only. 

Every class will be recorded and you will have access to the practices until 2 weeks after the last class.
